Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026. This policy explains what data EmoteGen collects and how we use it.

1. What we collect

• Account info from your OAuth provider (Twitch, Discord, Google): username, email, avatar URL, provider ID.
• Reference images you upload and the emotes generated from them.
• Payment events via Stripe (we never see full card data).
• Usage metrics required to run the service (credit balance, job history, rate limiting).

2. How we use it

To deliver the service, track credits, prevent abuse, and support you if you ask for help. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Subprocessors

• Replicate — image generation.
• Cloudflare R2 — image storage.
• Stripe — payments.
• Upstash Redis — rate limiting.

4. Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your account data by emailing privacy@emotegen.app.

5. Retention

Account data is kept for the lifetime of your account. Generated emotes are kept until you delete them or close your account.
