Last updated: April 2026. By using EmoteGen you agree to these terms. These terms may change — continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

1. Service

EmoteGen provides an AI-powered emote generation service. Credits are required to generate emotes. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of reference images you upload and emotes generated from them. You grant EmoteGen a license to process those images to deliver the service. Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights, depicts minors in harmful contexts, or violates applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

No scraping, automated abuse, reselling of raw generations, or attempts to bypass credit metering. Abuse results in account termination.

4. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." EmoteGen is not liable for platform approval outcomes (Twitch, Discord, YouTube, etc.) or for indirect damages arising from use of generated content.
